Construction Estimating for Every Trade
One team, every CSI division. Send us your drawings and we'll price the trades you need, concrete, steel, MEP, finishes, you name it, with 96% accuracy in 10 to 38 hours.
Every CSI Division. One Estimating Team.
Running takeoffs across multiple trades for the same bid is time-consuming. Frustrating, actually. You shouldn't need three different estimating firms to cover concrete, MEP, and finishes on a single project. Construction Estimating Inc covers all of them, or at least every major CSI division, so you send one set of plans and usually get one complete estimate back.

Questions About Our Trade Estimating Services
Yes. Single-trade estimates are a big part of what we do. Concrete only, roofing only, MEP only, whatever you need. No minimum trade count. Pricing is based on the scope you order, nothing more.
Definitely. Multi-trade packages are common, especially for full commercial or industrial bids. Each trade gets its own section and we typically roll everything into a single total, so your PM and your subs can each read their own part without digging through the whole document.
All of them. Division 03 through 26, plus sitework (Division 31 and 32). Concrete, masonry, metals, wood framing, thermal and moisture protection, openings, finishes, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, piping, duct, electrical, sitework, landscaping, millwork... the works. If it's a CSI division, we estimate it.
Most single-trade and multi-trade estimates are delivered within 10 to 38 hours. Large multi-division projects may take 3 to 5 days, depending on scope. Same-day rush is available for most scopes. Send your plans and we'll confirm the timeline with your quote in 15 to 20 minutes.
PlanSwift, Bluebeam Revu, and On-Screen Takeoff for quantity takeoffs and markups. RSMeans and Trimble for pricing. FastPIPE for plumbing and piping, FastDUCT for HVAC and ductwork. The right tool for each trade, not one tool forced onto everything.
Pricing starts from $100 CAD per project, quoted individually based on the trade, scope size, and how complete your drawings are. No contracts, no retainers. Send your plans and you'll have a price back within 15 to 20 minutes during business hours, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM MST.
